For Older Florida Homes

 If you have an older home, your insurer may require a four point inspection before issuing a policy. A four point inspection is not as comprehensive as a full home inspection, but it will give you an idea of the general condition of a home based on four systems: heat and air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, and the roof. 

Your four point inspection will be sent to you via email, please save it on your computer for any future use. Your insurance agent will also receive a copy the day of the inspection.
